Description:

Highland Heavy duty hydraulic motors is a hydraulic motor that relies on the reciprocating motion of the piston in the cylinder to cause the change of the sealing volume to achieve oil suction and oil pressure. This motor has many advantages.

First of all, the parts constituting the sealed volume are cylindrical plungers and cylinder holes, which are easy to process, can obtain high matching accuracy, have good sealing performance, and still have high volumetric efficiency under high pressure.

Second, the main parts in the heavy duty hydraulic motors are all subject to compressive stress, and the material strength properties can be fully utilized.

Hydraulic oil

The suitable replacement period for hydraulic oil in a sealed tank system is 2000 hours, and more often if the hydraulic oil is contaminated with water or other external materials or subjected to abnormal operating conditions.

As a general recommendation, the 10µ inlet oil filter should be replaced every spring or every 1500 hours (whichever occurs first) on a sealed tank system, or in an open tank system with an air filter fill cap. The oil filter should be replaced every 500 hours.

Heat Exchanger

The heat exchanger core and fins are kept clean at all times for maximum cooling and system efficiency, and the exterior of the heat exchanger is checked daily for blockages and cleaned as needed.

HMF70 Engineering Drawing

The HMF70-21 is built to the HMF70/90 series motor drawing. Its output shaft is an involute spline with 21 teeth at 16/32 radial pitch and a 30° pressure angle (dividing circle diameter 33.34 mm). The SAE flange is fixed with four M12 bolts at 25 mm depth. L1 and L2 are the leakage ports; the speed-sensor port takes 7/8-14 UNF-2B; and the flushing pressure measuring port and relief-valve pressure taps are 9/16-18, 15 mm deep. Both CW and CCW rotation are offered.

Every HMF70-21 is performance-tested on the closed-loop bench before delivery. Component No. 02604110203003 was run on 2026/4/11 10:23 at 36.2 ℃, at a 70 mL/rev rated displacement, 3200 r/min maximum speed and 38 MPa maximum pressure (rated 35 MPa). The recorded power-recovery ratio is 40 %.
