Highland Hydraulic components test bench is divided into five varieties: hydraulic valve test rig, hydraulic pump test bench and hydraulic motor function test rig, hydraulic cylinder test rig and comprehensive test bench. This series of hydraulic test bench has designed various configuration, for example: proportional control system, digital display system, variable frequency speed regulation system and computer measurement and control system etc. The user can select it according to your need.
Highland hydraulic test bench application:
1 .Functional requirements : it is used for testing hydraulic pumps,high speed motors,low speed
motors,hydraulic cylinders and all kinds of valves
2 .Pumps and Motors Model Range: (according to part A’s request)
3 .Test Item:
1). Displacement checking testing : No-load Pressure,determination of displacement.
2). Volumetric Efficiency/Total Efficiency Testing: Under the rated conditions,test volumetric efficiency and total efficiency.
3). Overload Testing: Max.displacement,Nominal Speed,125% of the rated pressure, or max. pressure operation more than 1 minute
4). External Leakage: in the above testing, Check the leakage of sealing parts.
