HMF110 Engineering Drawing
The HMF110-23 is covered by the HMF110/130 series motor drawing. Its output shaft is an involute spline with a 16/32 radial pitch and 30° pressure angle. The SAE flange is secured by four M12 bolts, 25 mm deep. High-pressure ports A and B are threaded 7/8-14 UNF-2B; L1 and L2 serve as the leakage ports; the speed-sensor port is 7/8-14 UNF-2B; and the flushing- and relief-valve pressure taps are 9/16-18, 15 mm deep. Clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation are both available.

Before delivery, each HMF110-23 passes a closed-loop bench test. Unit No. 02411050203394 was tested on 2024/11/5 8:38 at 21.8 ℃ at the 110 mL/rev rated displacement, 2900 r/min maximum speed and 38 MPa peak pressure (rated 35 MPa), with a power-recovery ratio of 50 %.

Once assembled it is run on the closed-loop motor stand, where displacement, working pressure, speed, flow and torque are logged, overall and volumetric efficiency are confirmed, and leakage is checked; the unit is approved only when all readings sit within specification.
