We Highland hydraulic produce HMF110 closed loop circuit variable displacement duty Hydraulic motors for combine harvester hydraulic system. Our duty hydraulic motors have high volumetric efficiency, small leakage, high performance and high quality, which can work under high pressure, but their structure is complex and much high request on oil cleanliness.
Heavy duty hydraulic motors can be connected with other additional pumps.
When heavy duty hydraulic motors operated mechanically, the servo displacement can control and keep the angle of swash plate and pump displacement.
Upon release of the control handle, swash plate return to zero position automatically and the flow reduces to zero.

Hydraulic oil
The suitable replacement period for hydraulic oil in a sealed tank system is 2000 hours, and more often if the hydraulic oil is contaminated with water or other external materials or subjected to abnormal operating conditions.
As a general recommendation, the 10µ inlet oil filter should be replaced every spring or every 1500 hours (whichever occurs first) on a sealed tank system, or in an open tank system with an air filter fill cap. The oil filter should be replaced every 500 hours.
Heat Exchanger
The heat exchanger core and fins are kept clean at all times for maximum cooling and system efficiency, and the exterior of the heat exchanger is checked daily for blockages and cleaned as needed.

HMF110 Engineering Drawing
The HMF110-23 shares the HMF110/130 series motor drawing. Its output shaft is an involute spline at a 16/32 radial pitch and 30° pressure angle. Four M12 bolts, 25 mm deep, fix the SAE flange. High-pressure ports A and B carry 7/8-14 UNF-2B threads; leakage ports are L1 and L2; the speed-sensor port is 7/8-14 UNF-2B; and the flushing- and relief-valve pressure taps are 9/16-18 at 15 mm depth. Both CW and CCW rotation are offered.
