Hydraulic oil

The suitable replacement period for hydraulic oil in a sealed tank system is 2000 hours, and more often if the hydraulic oil is contaminated with water or other external materials or subjected to abnormal operating conditions.

As a general recommendation, the 10µ inlet oil filter should be replaced every spring or every 1500 hours (whichever occurs first) on a sealed tank system, or in an open tank system with an air filter fill cap. The oil filter should be replaced every 500 hours.

The heat exchanger core and fins are kept clean at all times for maximum cooling and system efficiency, and the exterior of the heat exchanger is checked daily for blockages and cleaned as needed.

Before dispatch, each HMF130-23 motor completes a bench test on the closed-loop hydraulic motor rig. For component No. 02604080203001 the run was carried out on 2026/4/8 at 11:23 at 30 ℃; test conditions were a 130 mL/rev rated displacement, 2900 r/min maximum speed and 38 MPa maximum pressure (rated 35 MPa), with a 20 % power-recovery ratio.

HMF130 Quality Control & Inspection

Each HMF130-23 passes through a fixed inspection route. Assembly is followed by a bench run on the closed-loop motor stand, where displacement, working pressure, speed, flow and torque are measured and the overall and volumetric efficiencies are verified, alongside a leakage check. A motor is approved for delivery only when all readings meet the standard. The accompanying test report reflects this standard procedure.

The HMF130-23 uses the common HMF110/130-21/23 motor outline. Its output shaft is an involute spline of 23 teeth (16/32 pitch), module 1.588 and 30° pressure angle, with a 36.52 mm pitch-circle diameter. The SAE flange carries four M12 bolts at 25 mm depth. Ports A and B are threaded 7/8-14 UNF-2B, L1/L2 serve as leakage ports, and the flushing and relief-valve pressure taps are 9/16-18 at 15 mm depth; both CW and CCW rotation are offered.
