Inspection of the HMF90-23 centres on the closed-loop test bench. Once assembled, the motor is run so that displacement, speed, pressure, flow, torque and its overall/volumetric efficiency can be confirmed, and any external leakage is ruled out; acceptance follows only if the values are on specification.
HMF90 Engineering Drawing
The drawing for the HMF90-23 is the HMF70/90 series axial piston motor sheet. Shaft: involute spline, 16/32 radial pitch, 30° pressure angle. Four M12 bolts at 25 mm depth secure the SAE flange. High-pressure ports A/B are 7/8-14 UNF-2B; L1/L2 are leakage ports; the speed-sensor port is 7/8-14 UNF-2B; flushing- and relief-valve pressure taps are 9/16-18, 15 mm deep. Both rotation directions are available.
