HMF90 Factory Performance Testing
Before dispatch, each HMF90-23 motor completes a bench test on the closed-loop hydraulic motor rig. For component No. 02603280203005 the run was carried out on 2026/3/28 at 10:01 at 23.5 ℃; test conditions were a 90 mL/rev rated displacement, 3200 r/min maximum speed and 38 MPa maximum pressure (rated 35 MPa), with a 50 % power-recovery ratio.

HMF90 Quality Control & Inspection
Acceptance testing forms the core of HMF90-23 quality control. After assembly the motor is operated on the closed-loop bench to verify displacement, speed, pressure, flow, torque and overall/volumetric efficiency, with a leakage check included; it is passed only if the figures comply with specification.
HMF90 Engineering Drawing
The HMF90-23 is detailed on the HMF70/90 series motor drawing. The output shaft is an involute spline with 16/32 radial pitch at a 30° pressure angle. Mounting uses a SAE flange with four M12 bolts, 25 mm deep. High-pressure ports A/B and the leakage ports L1/L2 are provided, port A/B threads are 7/8-14 UNF-2B, the speed-sensor port is likewise 7/8-14 UNF-2B, and flushing and relief-valve pressure taps are 9/16-18 at 15 mm depth; rotation is CW or CCW.
HMF90 Application / Project Evidence
The HMF90-23 motor documented here was supplied for a rye-harvester application in Belarus (project “Variable Piston Pump for Belarus”). One hundred motors were built by Shandong Lande Hydraulic Precision Co., Ltd. for the Belarus client and installed in the closed-loop hydrostatic drive of the harvester, serving both travel and harvesting motions.
