Each HMF90-23 is performance-tested on the closed-loop bench prior to delivery. HMF90 Quality Control & Inspection
Every HMF90-23 follows a set inspection sequence. After assembly it is bench-run on the closed-loop motor stand, where displacement, working pressure, speed, flow and torque are recorded, overall and volumetric efficiency are verified and leakage is checked; approval requires all values to be within specification.
HMF90 Engineering Drawing
The HMF90-23 shares the HMF70/90 series motor drawing. Its output shaft is an involute spline at 16/32 radial pitch and 30° pressure angle. The SAE flange is fixed with four M12 bolts at 25 mm depth. High-pressure ports A and B use 7/8-14 UNF-2B threads; L1 and L2 are the leakage ports; the speed-sensor port takes 7/8-14 UNF-2B; and the flushing- and relief-valve pressure taps are 9/16-18, 15 mm deep. Both CW and CCW rotation are offered.
